Mechnology is a mixture of methodology and technology. Pronounce it "Mecq(a)nology". Vendors often present it as the only sectarian and non-discardable verity while it's only a mere assembly of new techs! In fact, these pseudo-methodologies are worked out by sales supports with the only purpose to help the adoption of the sprawling and uncontrolled development of new technologies. Very often, mechnologies are elaborated with the only purpose to persuade customers to experience new products although the market lacks of proven and mature practices.

The best attitude is to consider what valuable usages could be initiated with the stack of new technologies offered by vendors and eligible for the IT Management System (ITMS) of a Business Driven Enterprise where a clear Business Model is efficiently operated. Like a mirror, the ITMS would be respectful of the enterprise operational modeling, ideally with a global MVP-like approach (MVP: Model View Pattern).
